how are you different than hiring my local wedding /family photographer?

i know I need to be more visible but i’m not a camera person. how do you help people feel comfortable in front of the camera?
Tons of trust building by having calls before photoshoot where it’ll give us time to warm up to each other. I heavily emphasize centering your needs throughout the day whether that’s a custom playlist, positive affirmations, and consent.
I also give you direction on what to say, how to say it, in order to build confidence before and throughout the shoot.
What’s the difference between brand point of view videos and b-roll?
B-ROLL are mini video clips used for social media and website to show product and place demonstrations. They can have sound added to them and color graded to match the vibe of your brand. Clients obtain them to never have to worry about what to post even when they don’t want to talk to the camera yet take advantage of video. B ROLL can be used for website or adding your own thought leadership on top.
Brand POV videos are when client is talking to the camera and they’re ready to build trust with their audience at a deeper capacity, letting others experience them through the screen.
Brand POV videos allows for your likeness to be visible for it it heavily sell on your behalf.
i don’t like planning photoshootS , do you help with logistics?
Yes - logistics such as wardrobe styling, concept planning, location scouting, and prop ideas are provided for shoot.
However - photoshoots can be impactful even if you’re wearing an outfit you like in a studio. This photography style is meant to give you more than headshots and creatively bring out simple scenes to interesting images to sell the story of your brand.
do you help me with poses?
Yes. whether you are a he, she, they - I am here to support you in your best light. Mood boards are key to help us guide poses as well helping you feel comfortable in your own skin.
I coach you and direct you and make sure you look good. Watching out for hair, arms in weird places, and photographing you from flattering angles.
what if i don’t want my photos with filters?
Let me know. If your brand is not one that needs a lifestyle or “cinematic” look to it, adjusting the tones of the images is available to you.
This work is collaborative to make sure the assets make sense for your brand and who your brand serves.
do you direct me with video?
Yes. I guide you in providing hooks and relevant questions to help you better connect with your audience. Having me direct you and guide you to speak to the point will fast track your way to success.
Being in front of the camera can be nerve-racking and give you a clouded mind. With my creative expertise I’ll help you bring the juice of your brand into short and sweet messaging to convert viewers into clients.
do you travel?
Yes, there is a $1500 travel fee which covers equipment rental, transportation, food, flight, accommodation and my time dedicated to you. Available nationally and internationally.
If travel is abnormally high due to a holiday or tourist event and flight and accommodation exceeds $500 you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
