Dee is a Performance and Improvement coach for people leaders. We crafted out her branding to get clear on her voice and how she differentiates herself from other leaders within the corporate space. We went from formality and ambiguity to human first yet strategic in her brand.
We wanted to demonstrate her perspective with short form video speaking directly to leaders to bring her the most visibility as well as lifestyle imagery to show her vibrant and lighthearted personality.
